PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
INCREASING THE CAPACITY OF VULNERABLE GROUPS, including Roma citizens and young people, from interethnic and insufficiently served communes: Seaca and Dimacheni Valley – in order to minimize: EXCLUSION AND SOCIAL INJUSTICE accessing available services, support in asking the authorities to develop the services they need) and DEVELOPING INTEGRATION SKILLS.

Objective 1:
Increasing the capacity of a number of 170 vulnerable people, of which 50 Roma and 15 vulnerable young people, from Valea Seaca and Dimacheni commune through GROWTH MEASURES: by facilitating access to actions to promote fundamental rights, stimulating participation in decision-making, learning techniques advocacy in order to participate in decision-making consultative meetings.
Objective 2:
Increasing the access of a number of 144 vulnerable persons, out of which 70 children, 28 young people and 103 Roma, from Valea Seaca and Dimacheni commune to social services and PROVISION OF SERVICES and education/ training activities.
Objective 3:
Medium and long term development of the 2 interethnic communities Valea Seaca and Dimacheni by developing a new tool – online platform in order to address the needs of vulnerable groups in the two communities.
Objective 4:
Increasing the capacity and sustainability of the Star of Hope Foundation by developing and implementing an efficient management procedure and by participating in a no. of 40 employees/volunteers at strategic communication courses and public policy evaluation training.
