5 community actions will be organized in each of the 2 communes in which 150 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion will participate, of which 15 young people and 50 Roma. The actions will take the form of awareness and advocacy meetings for social justice and the inclusion of vulnerable groups. The role of community action is to increase the inclusion of vulnerable groups by increasing capacity, including the Roma. Topics such as: fundamental rights, how to ask the authorities: rights and to develop the services they need, proactivism and access to services, development of integration skills (in education, employment, etc.) and participation in community life, including the decision-making process. The actions will have a participatory approach – all ethnic groups in the community will be mobilized in: identifying and consulting problems, identifying solutions, making decisions about the actions to be taken and their implementation through the use of human and material resources of the community.
