A Community Advisory Committee will be set up in the 2 communes. These committees will have 10 ordinary members, Romanian and Roma in vulnerable situations, including young people aged 14-35. The Community Advisory Committees will have the role of representing and achieving social justice for the vulnerable community, during the meetings of the Local Council and the County Council. They will be involved in the elaboration of action plans regarding social services DGASPC (General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection) from Bacău and Botoșani, and will mobilize the community to participate in regular Community actions following which they will identify the problems of vulnerable people and will give voice during the monthly meetings of the Local Council. Where needed, they will facilitate the target group’s access to social services in order to achieve social justice and the inclusion of vulnerable groups in Valea Seacă and Dimăcheni.
