This activity contributes to the objective of organizational development of the project. With the help of the self-assessment tool – organizational development matrix – we performed the self-assessment of the capacity of Star of Hope Romania and several needs emerged that we will turn into activities. We will develop and implement efficient management procedures: clearly written financial procedures manual, knowledge and document management system (institutional memory) which is used systematically and includes monitoring and evaluation practices, has policies and practices for human resources development, training / staff training, supervision, mentoring and staff evaluation procedures. Skills development: 40 employees/ volunteers with increased skills in strategic communication and 40 employees/ volunteers with increased skills in public policy evaluation.
